As a rather new publisher, I am always amazed at the superb poetry that people around the globe trust me with. I have worked with fantastic poets with manuscripts filled with beautiful and poignant poetry.
I'm proud to have helped bring their poems and books into print and am prouder still of them and their hard creative work after today's award ceremony by the Science Fiction Poetry Association (SFPA).
Island of Wak-Wak poets swept the chapbook category for the Elgin Awards (and took 4 of 6 places when including the full-length book category). In addition, Robert Frazier's poem "Concrete Cuneiform #1" first published in Sublimation, won the Dwarf Stars Award for best very short poem.
Brilliant work, Robert Frazier, the late David C. Kopaska-Merkel, Gerri Leen, Herb Kauderer, and M. Frost. Congratulations too you all.
